#TuesdayTreasure: The RePurposed & UpCycled Life by Michelle Rayburn

Good Morning Friends & Welcome to the first Tuesday Treasure of August!

This morning it is my pleasure to bring to you a book I thoroughly enjoyed... The RePurposed & UpCycled Life by Michelle Rayburn.

No, it's not a Rocking Summer Romance LOL but I just have to tell you about it!

I received the book to review as part of its launch party through Kathy Carlton Willis Communications and must say I'm so glad I participated!

About the Book:

Have you ever wished you could...
  • Unpack emotional baggage and deal with the past
  • Confront perfectionism and negative attitudes
  • Change your perspective on your circumstances
  • Let go of regret and shame
  • Build positive healthy relationships
  • Dream big and live with purpose
Discover the repurposed and upcycled life. With her laugh-out-loud Erma Bombeck way of looking at life, Michelle will help you see how some of your greatest disappointments, mistakes, and hurts can be beautiful treasures from God. Part memoir, part inspiration and self-help, this book will help you: Through inspiration from God's Word and examples from everyday life, you'll discover the joy-filled, hope-rich way of viewing your past, present, and future.

About the Author:

Michelle wants to help you connect the dots between faith, creativity, and everyday life and discover the joy of finding God in the most unexpected places. Years ago, she left her career as a registered nurse to raise her family, and along the way, she discovered her true passion for writing, speaking, and singing.

Michelle has written more than 100 articles for publication, and this is her debut book. Her writing has also appeared in Christian Communicator, Focus on the Family, Chicken Soup for the Soul, Vista, Queen of the Castle Magazine, and more. She has also written several Bible studies for ChristianBibleStudies.com, and does freelance editing and copy writing.

My Review:
This book is another in a long line of 'Keepers' for me and should be added to every spiritual library out there! Along with personal stories from her life, Michelle gives us practical, everyday ways to shine our light and work with God to recycle the challenges in our lives for the benefit of others. Whether you're just beginning your faith journey or been walking the path a long time, this is one treasure trove of experience and advice you'd do well to dig into on a regular basis.

The RePurposed & UpCycled Life can be purchased at Amazon (Kindle) and Barnes & Noble.

Well friends, hope you enjoyed this Tuesday Treasure! Be sure and check back often for more Thursday Thoughts, Saturday Spotlights and of course Tuesday Treasures!

Until later.... Take care, God Bless and remember.... All things work together for those who love God and are called according to His purpose!

Something to think about!
