Several years ago, I required technical assistance with my author’s website. I’d seen Pamela’s comments and posts on Facebook over time and thought I solicit her help. We connected via Messenger. She made quick work of taking care of my needs. Since then, Pam has built a website with all the bells and whistles for my nonprofit and helped me and a friend self-publish a book each. Today, she manages the nonprofit website, publishing all our newsletters and posts on social media, and she’s committed to edit, format, and help me publish my next book.
