Tuesday Treasure - Three Sisters Island

Hello and Welcome to the first installment of Tuesday Treasure in April!

You'll notice in the sidebar I recently read the Three Sisters Island trilogy by Nora Roberts. I hesitated in spotlighting these books because the stories are based around three women who are modern day witches.

No, not conniving, bitter women, but witches in the truest sense of the word.

The bible warns us to be wary of those who practice sorcery or witchcraft so please don't think I'm condoning this or exploring my inner witch LOL!

What I am raving about is a beautifully written series with characters so real, so believable, so likable you'd love to meet them!

Nora Roberts has been touted as, among other things, the "Queen of Romance" and I can understand why.  The way she combines words to describe something are like none I've ever encountered!

I mean get a load of this.....

"Cheerfully blooming herbs tumbled through a rock garden and spilled through a cushion of moss covered with starry flowers."

Doesn't that conjure up the most delightful vision?

If paranormal romance is one of your loves, then check out the Three Sisters Island trilogy!
